I recently discovered good quality, grass fed beef gelatin powder and making gummies from scratch. Who knew they were so crazy easy to make?! Now I make them almost weekly, there are always some kind of gummies in my fridge for a quick snack.
All you need is a ratio of 3 1/2 tablespoons of gelatin powder and 1 1/2 cups of your preferred liquid.
Jump to RecipeThis recipe is a super easy one for dairy free milky gummies. These gummies are of course gluten free, and also paleo, vegan, low FODMAP.
You can use any silicon moulds you have, or if you don’t have any, just pour into a container and cut into squares once set.
