Gluten Free Hot Cross Buns

Apr 21, 2011 by

Happy Easter long weekend! Hot Cross Buns are one of the best things about Easter (they are a close second to chocolate!)

Finding gluten free hot cross buns however can be a bit of a challenge. Simply Wize have gluten free hot cross buns now available in the freezer section at Coles for $5.99 retail price.

Pop them in the oven or microwave for a few minutes, and voila, you have nice hot, beautiful smelling hot cross buns. They taste really great too.

Where else do you know of where you can get gluten free hot cross buns? Post a comment below to share your tips!

I made hot cross buns for my partner and our son using the recipe on the Lansell Cottage Industries website. We all loved them (even me, who gets to eat the regular ones if I want to).
