Monash Uni is running a short course on Gluten Free Cooking in April and July next year

Embrace gluten-free cooking in this brand new one-day workshop. You will cook a variety of dishes and learn some tips and tricks to modifying recipes to make them gluten-free. Perfect for coeliacs, those with wheat allergies or others needing to follow a gluten-free diet. Req: Apron, notepad & pen, container to take home samples.

101GLUT: Saturday, 10am-3.30pm 1 session on 24 April
102GLUT: Saturday, 10am-3.30pm 1 session on 24 July
