I’m glad I’m not the only one who has a weakness for buying cookbooks that then stay on my shelf in mint condition…Rilsta from My Food Trail has started the Cookbook Challenge for all the cookbook addicts out there. 52 weeks, each week with a theme…and a recipe from one of your cookbooks.
All of the recipes I choose are of course gluten free…however you’ll notice that I rarely use specific gluten free cookbooks – most of my cookbooks are not gluten free cookbooks and I usually find that most cookbook recipes happen to be gluten free anyway or just need a small substitution.
