It’s always surprised me that there are not more gluten free Indian / Sri Lankan types of restaurants given a lot of this cuisine is gluten free – a curry made from scratch rarely contains gluten. Gurkha’s is not Indian, it’s Nepalese, but it does have a few curry options. I’d never eaten Nepalese food before coming here and was very impressed – very interesting flavours....

A Noodle Box has opened up near my place…finally…and although there are only 2 gluten free options, in my opinion they are the 2 best dishes on the menu anyway – Seafood Nasi Goreng and Chicken Pad Thai.
